Sheena Colbath Harden is a Development Professional. What does that mean? Sheena is a leader in the Community Technology field. She is the manager of the City of Austin’s Grant for Technology Opportunities Program and one of the founders of Austin Connects, a partnership between the City, Austin Free-Net and Skillpoint Alliance.
In 2009 she received the City of Austin Public Service Recognition Certificate of Appreciation from Austin’s Mayor. One of her websites won 2009 1st Place Winner in Knowbility’s Accessibility Internet Rally. She was nominated for the 2006 South by Southwest Dewey Winburne Community Service Award and the Outstanding Community Affairs Executive of the Year in 2003 by the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
